Hope for the Rail Park from Center City
For the second year, Friends of the Rail Park hosted Area in Focus tours as a part of DesignPhiladelphia Festival, highlighting each section of the Rail Park and its potential to become a public space. Attendees completed visioning worksheets to share their hopes and dreams for the future of the park.
